Family Academy Certification is a train-the-trainer experience designed to equip agencies with practical, ready-to-deliver education for law enforcement families. Participants will gain the skills, tools, and facilitation strategies to build meaningful family engagement, strengthen resilience, and support recruiting and retention through healthier home foundations.
This certification provides structured modules, adaptable delivery options (1-hour sessions, one-day formats, or multi-session series), and implementation guidance so agencies can launch or enhance family-support programming with confidence.
For this upcoming certification, a discounted rate of $1,000 per student is being offered in exchange for participant feedback on the curriculum and materials. This feedback will be used to refine and strengthen the Family Academy program for broader implementation.
Family Academy Certification is not open to the general public.
